I'm no stranger to the baked potato game. I've been around since before the loaded baked potatoes and twice-baked potatoes hit the menus of local eateries and I'm still taste testing today.

In my experience, there are two frontrunners in Austin when it comes to finding a great baked potato. In this article, I'll be reviewing these two options to help you determine which one is right for you!

The moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The place smelled of smoked pit cooked barbecue, with an aroma that had my taste-buds screaming for more. The baked potato was served to perfection; fluffy and steaming hot on the inside, and well-crisped on the outside - exactly how I like it!
