I have been to a lot of bbq joints and none of them compare to the authentic, hometown feel that Micklethwait Craft Meats provides. Their banana pudding is incredibly rich and creamy! I think they use a special blend of spices that brings out the natural sweetness of fresh fruits and gives it an added layer of complexity.

The presentation also makes an impression - their banana pudding sits atop a bed of freshly-cut fruit slices, making it look almost too beautiful to eat! The bread crumbs sprinkled on top adds a nice crunchy contrast that I find myself coming back for more and more.

Their banana pudding is something I look forward to every time I'm in town. They use only the freshest ingredients, and it always comes out moist and creamy. The flavor is excellent with its hints of coconut, Caramel sauce and crunchy nuts.

The texture is what sets Hoover's Cooking apart from the rest; it's thick, yet fluffy, and the bananas have a wonderful chewiness that adds another level of flavor to the dish.

The presentation is also top notch – they put a caramel sauce topping on top with a generous sprinkle of crushed nuts for crunchy texture.
