I've been really impressed with how well they use technology too. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is top notch. The concierge is always very helpful in recommending activities for guests to do, whether it be sightseeing or trying a restaurant in Downtown Austin.

The amenities at Austin Proper Hotel also put it up there with some of the best boutique hotels in Downtown Austin. There's a spa and fitness center that you can use when you're not out exploring the city, so you can stay healthy while being away from home. Plus there's an indoor pool and whirlpool so that you can rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The location could not be more ideal either; right in between 6th street and Congress avenue gives guests easy access to both lively bar scenes as well as cultural attractions such as The Blanton Museum of Art and Ladybird Lake Trail. The property is located in a great spot on Rainey Street & Neches Street, with easy access to a variety of attractions. The hotel itself feels like a classic Austin destination with its bright, cheerful atmosphere and welcoming staff.

The rooms are modern and stylishly decorated with attention paid to detail. I stayed in the Extreme Wow Suite which had plenty of room for myself and my guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view of downtown was spectacular.

The amenities at W Austin are top-notch. Guests will enjoy the WET pool deck, where they can soak up some sun and take a dip in the pool, as well as enjoy mini-cocktails from the bar on weekends. For those looking for entertainment, there's always something going on at their Living Room Bar or Scene Restaurant & Lounge. Plus, their spa treatments are incredible!

The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and accommodating; they were available and responsive to all of my inquiries regardless of the time. They truly went above and beyond my expectation in making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I was really impressed with the room itself – it was spacious and had plenty of natural light with beautiful views of Downtown Austin. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of amenities provided – such as robes, slippers, coffee machines, mini refrigerators and more!

I was particularly impressed by the unbeatable view from my room. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it's easy to take in all of the city's vibrant offerings.

Every aspect of this hotel exudes sophistication - from the sparkling rooftop pool on the top floor to the stunning marble floors in their restaurant. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a boutique hotel and all bedding materials are made with organic cotton.

It's clear that Austin Proper Hotel puts an emphasis on convenience and customer service with amenities such as complimentary breakfast, 24-hour gym access, designer products provided in each room and same-day laundry services (for an additional fee). On top of that, you have access to Valet parking and car rental services right on site!
