The texture of the pudding is creamy and perfectly balanced. The flavor was rich and complex due to their light dusting of cinnamon on top. It was sweet but not overly so which made it the perfect dessert after dinner.

I've had my fair share of bread puddings from California to New York and everywhere in between, but Word of Mouth Bakery's has been my favorite so far. The bread pudding is fluffy yet moist, with hints of cinnamon and a dense, buttery texture. To top it off, the creamy homemade sauce that comes with it is delicious and complements the flavor perfectly.

The service is warm and friendly, too -- I often chat with one of the owners while I'm there who always makes sure I'm happy with what I'm getting. Plus, they have plenty of other baked goods like cookies and cakes that are also worth trying.
