The texture of the pudding is creamy and perfectly balanced. The flavor was rich and complex due to their light dusting of cinnamon on top. It was sweet but not overly so which made it the perfect dessert after dinner.

The portion size was generous, but I could have easily had more! Not only that, they serve you a warm scoop of vanilla ice cream as an accompaniment.

Overall, I highly recommend 1886 Cafe & Bakery for anyone looking for the best bread pudding in Austin - you won't be disappointed!

I've had my fair share of bread puddings from California to New York and everywhere in between, but Word of Mouth Bakery's has been my favorite so far. The bread pudding is fluffy yet moist, with hints of cinnamon and a dense, buttery texture. To top it off, the creamy homemade sauce that comes with it is delicious and complements the flavor perfectly.

The service is warm and friendly, too -- I often chat with one of the owners while I'm there who always makes sure I'm happy with what I'm getting. Plus, they have plenty of other baked goods like cookies and cakes that are also worth trying.

All in all, Word of Mouth Bakery is hands-down the best bread pudding in Austin!

I've tried numerous bread pudding recipes over the years, and none come close to Corinne's. The bread pudding is made with moist brioche, giving it a unique flavor you won't find anywhere else. To top it off, the pudding is covered in a generous dollop of salted caramel. This combination creates a sweet yet savory flavor that is simply divine.

The texture of Corinne's bread pudding is also remarkable; the outside layers are slightly crispy while the inside is soft and fluffy. It's like no other bread pudding I've tasted before!

To conclude, Corinne has created the best bread pudding in Austin. If you're looking for a delicious dessert that will leave you wanting more, look no further than Corinne!
