From the moment I tried their Signature Hot and Sour Soup, I was hooked! Their unique combination of chicken and a hint of tanginess that left my tongue tingling made it one of the best soups I had ever tasted.

Not only did the flavor wow me, but the presentation did as well! It's served in an artfully crafted bowl with a colorful garnish of herbs on top to add a bit of brightness. Additionally, the portion size is large enough to suit any appetite.

I also had the chance to try some of their other specialties such as Chicken Pho, Noodle & Chicken Soup, and Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup. Each dish was just as scrumptious as the last! The ingredients were fresh and varied with each soup making them all very unique in taste.

The soup itself is so flavorful and fragrant, you can smell and taste the spices used in it. The broth is light yet robust, highlighting the delicate flavors of the chicken, fish sauce, and vegetables. Every spoonful gives a hint of the sweetness of ginger and garlic, creating an unforgettable flavor that lingers on your palate.

The chicken used in the soup is tender and succulent with a unique smoky flavor that really adds to the authenticity of this dish. It was cooked just right - not too mushy or dry - and every bite was a pleasure!

I'm also a big fan of the way 888 Pan Asian Restaurant serves its chicken soup: in individual porcelain bowls complete with side dishes such as bean sprouts, cilantro, limes, jalapenos, mint leaves. These extra touches really elevate the experience!

Overall, I'd say 888 Pan Asian Restaurant has some of the best chicken soup in Austin. Highly recommended!

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, the atmosphere was inviting and comforting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.

The soup: Koriente's chicken soup was amazing! It had a rich, creamy broth with chunks of tender chicken, carrots, celery, onions and noodles. A perfect blend of flavors that filled my mouth with pleasure and warmth.

The portions were also generous enough for me to have leftovers for later. Overall, I could tell that Koriente puts a lot of care into preparing their dishes from sourcing locally-sourced ingredients to ensuring quantity and quality.
