I've had plenty of experience with ribeyes, but Jeffrey's exceeded my expectations. The quality and flavor of the steak was unbelievable and it definitely met the standards of a perfect ribeye.

The marbling was just right - not too fat or too lean. The texture was just as I hoped for - firm yet juicy. All in all, I was very impressed with the steak's flavor profile and texture.

I was first impressed with their ribeye when I saw it served tableside. The steak was perfectly presented, with a succulent aroma that set my mouth watering.

I've had my fair share of ribeye steaks and Estância definitely stands out. The preparation of their steak is unbeatable; the chefs expertly season and cook each bite to a perfect medium-rare. It was so juicy and tender, I could’ve eaten it all night!

The sides they serve are equally as delicious; their mashed potatoes have the perfect mix of creaminess and flavor, and their roasted tomatoes give an extra kick that accents the ribeye wonderfully.

The atmosphere at Estância is also incredible - it’s almost like being in a Brazilian steakhouse back in my hometown! Everyone was so welcoming, with countless staff coming around to top off drinks and bring out additional meats.
