The ambiance was inviting and the staff was cordial, making me feel like a sushi VIP. The menu had an array of mouth-watering options, from classic rolls to unique creations. I decided to try the "Dragon Roll" and it was exquisite! The flavors burst in my mouth, leaving me wanting more. I paired it with some hot sake which made the experience even better.

The ambiance of the restaurant was quite inviting, the dim lighting and soothing music created a romantic atmosphere. The sushi rolls were presented beautifully, making them look like mini works of art. The freshness of the sashimi was simply exquisite! And let's not forget about their hibachi grill - watching the chef's impressive knife skills was definitely a treat! Overall, Sushi Japon & Hibachi Grill is definitely worth a visit for all sushi lovers in North Austin.

First off, the ambiance and decor was exquisite with a modern twist that was both sophisticated and relaxing. As for their sushi, I have to say it was out of this world! The quality of the fish and ingredients were top-notch, and the presentation was absolutely stunning. I tried their signature roll, the "JOI Roll" - a blend of tuna, salmon, avocado, and crabmeat - which was an explosion of flavors in my mouth.

But wait, there's more! The service was exceptional too! The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their menu. They even recommended other dishes on their menu that I should try next time. At first glance, the restaurant has a cozy and warm atmosphere which makes you feel right at home. The menu offers an array of options from sushi rolls to stir-fry dishes. I tried their Volcano Roll which was an explosion of flavors in my mouth! The freshness of the ingredients was quite evident and the presentation was on point.

One thing that stood out for me was their unique concept of creating your own bowl where you can mix and match your favorite proteins, veggies, and sauces. It's like having your very own personal sushi chef!

Let me start by saying that this place is not just a restaurant, it's an immersive experience. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of savory broth and spicy toppings will make your taste buds dance like nobody's watching.

The menu is full of delectable options, but I went for their signature tonkotsu ramen. Oh boy! The noodles were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chewiness, and the broth was so rich and flavorful that it made my tongue do a happy dance.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, adding to the already vibrant atmosphere of the place. And don't even get me started on the decor - it's like stepping into a Japanese street market!
